Delete your Flick Football account

You can delete your Flick Football account and the data linked to it at any time — instantly in the app, or by email. Flick Football is developed by Tanvir Mahin and published on Google Play as inovit-bd.

Option 1: Delete in the app

  1. Open Flick Football.
  2. On the home screen, tap Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and permanently. This can’t be undone. The same steps work in the browser version at /play/.

Option 2: Ask us by email

Prefer email, or no longer have the app? Send us a message:

  • To: tanvirmahin24@gmail.com
  • Subject: Delete my account
  • Include: your Player ID, shown in Settings (for example, #123). If you no longer have the app, include your nickname, the flag you played under and the approximate date you last played instead.

We’ll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by replying to your email.

What gets deleted

  • Your nickname, avatar and flag
  • Your Player ID
  • The hash of your access token
  • All your match records and stats — your entries also disappear from other players’ match history
  • Your game progress: gold, disc sets and their levels, formation, XP and level, ranked rating and daily trick-shot results — you also disappear from the leaderboards
  • Goals you’ve shared as replays — their links stop working
  • Your friends list, friend requests and blocks — you also disappear from your friends’ lists
  • Your purchase records (Premium and gold packs) and your disc-set choice
  • The link to your Google Play Games account, and the sign-ins of every device it was restored on

Unspent gold is lost. Any gold left in your account, including gold from gold packs you bought, is gone when you delete your account. It isn’t refunded, and it can’t be restored later.

What we keep

Nothing tied to your account. Standard infrastructure logs kept by our hosting provider expire on their own within about 30 days.

If you bought Premium (the Supporter Pack), Google Play keeps its own record of that purchase with your Google account. Deleting your Flick Football account doesn’t refund it, and if you reinstall the app later, Premium is restored to your new account automatically. Gold packs are used up once their gold is added to your account, so they aren’t restored. Achievements and leaderboard scores in Google Play Games belong to your Play Games profile; manage or delete them in the Play Games app or your Google account.

We don’t link the ads data Google collects (see our Privacy Policy) to your Flick Football account, and we don’t store it, so deleting your account doesn’t affect it. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings, and manage personalised ads in Google’s ad settings.
